What can I say, typical Sony, over engineered. Plenty of screws. The white backing sheet is both taped down and has little white fixings which break if you handle them roughly. Theres two metal plates holding the screen in when the bezel is removed, fiddly to get out. Be careful as it also has tabs along either edge of the screen. The strips are clipped into the back, once you’ve removed a couple you get the hang of them, note they are offset/ staggered.
