UK 1st Class/ RM24 / Special delivery and European orders purchased before 3pm (Monday – Friday) will be posted the same day with Royal Mail Delivery or Courier depending on the size and weight of the part purchased.
In rare circumstances, additional postage charges may apply after we have received your order. Size and weight restrictions may apply dependant on product and shipping country. You will be notified by email or telephone in the unlikely event this may happen.
We will do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible but we can not guarantee dispatch or arrival dates. We will try to notify customers of any known problems that are being encountered.
Next Working Day only applies to orders placed on Monday through to Thursday before 3pm.
Next Day orders placed on a Friday are only guaranteed for delivery the following Monday. Saturday guaranteed services are available at extra costs. Other exceptions are Company, National and Bank Holidays.
If after seven working days your item still has not arrived, then please call or email us. Please let us know the part number(s), order number, company name and the date of dispatch. We will then contact the courier and do our best to resolve the problem.

Items shipped to Europe are sent via Airmail or Courier for heavy items and should arrive within 3-6 working days. If your item does not arrive within this time, please do not worry, it is very likely that it will arrive very soon. Under Royal Mail’s guidelines, we will not be able to consider a European package to be lost until 20 working days have passed. This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as “undeliverable” within this time.
If after 20 working days your item still has not arrived then Contact Us. Please include the part number(s), order number and the date of dispatch in your email. We will then do our best to track the parcel. Your email will be used as evidence of non-receipt in any claim with the courier if we can not resolve the problem.
