Just completed one of these so giving feedback.
The removal of the screen was the easiest I’ve done on a tv. The bezel has 6/7 screws along the bottom, then run your blue plastic scalpel around the edges to gently unclip the bezel.
The screen is not stuck down and just lifts away from the plastic frame.
The frame is rubber and easily unclips from the metalwork and comes in four straight pieces.
The hard part for me was removing the white backing sheet which was stuck down in several places, with some directional heat and some tugging it came away.
The strips are stuck down by black blobs of glue.
Pull the strips out and place the new ones down with some tape, then re assemble.
