Screen fixed to surround needs to be removed as one, unclip bottom edge then slide thin blade around sides and top to release, reflector sheet stuck down but it’s pretty strong, should be able to peel back enough to remove strips without ripping. they also fit HD425X1U81-TOL1

Just to add to this, these are a time consuming job. Getting the back off is difficult as there is a screw holding the bottom edge on underneath the sensor, then carefully run an edged tool along the bottom of the back to remove it from the metal casing. The backing sheet will rip if not careful, the strips are glued down so you will have to use tape to secure them. All in all a horrible time consuming job.
