Okay, this as per Sony is a tricky screen to remove. Firstly undo all screws that are around the edges of the screen. You will then find that the two side strips slide off ,pulling them down the screen. I then couldn’t get the top bezel off, it wouldn’t budge. First make sure the screen tabs and pcb are loose and hanging freely. I actually ended up using my two screen suckers and carefully pulled the screen down and then out. Once out I realised that the only way to get the bezel off was again to slide it out of the metal frame, what a nightmare. Now remove the plastic screen edging from the frame, note there is plenty of black tape holding it to the metal. Then remove the white sheet which is glued along every edge by heating it first. Not a very nice job to do first time. Hopefully it will get easier as you do more of them.

Okay, just a follow up on this. The bezel is in four pieces. The bottom just held by screws, the sides and the top you need to slide about two inches and then it should pop off. Be careful that there isn’t any tape/ glue under the top bezel in particular. There are two L shaped corner brackets at the top that need to go back in place to screw the bezel together.
